Rob Hammann (aka The Streak)
Rob serves as the shape-shifter on our superhero team. Moving in and out of various roles at ArrowQuick, Rob performs a wide range of tasks.
Rob Hammann taught Computer Science and Business courses at William Penn University before co-founding ArrowQuick Solutions. As a Business Partner, he helps out with sales, project management, and anywhere else he is needed. Rob holds an MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University, in Olathe, Kansas.
He also is vying for a spot on "This Old House" by remaking his family's 140 year old house!
Eric Heikes (aka E-Sharp)
Every superhero team needs the brainy member. You know the one: sees the details and knows how best to respond to situations. At ArrowQuick, Eric is that guy!
E-Sharp is more than a nickname for Eric. Eric carefully dissects various aspects of ArrowQuick's business operations. A tireless reader, Eric stays in tune with changes in the world of technology. Eric has been a part of the ArrowQuick team since 2002 and became a Business Partner in early 2009. Eric graduated from Macalester College in the Twin Cities with a BA in Computer Science. He works with customer projects and manages the general operations.
Rumor has it that Eric plays a mean guitar riff and even some piano. We have verified that he can swing the axe on "Guitar Hero" though.
Tressa Buchanan (aka Snapshot)
Tressa brings a fresh perspective to our team. She has spent most of her time in the working world as a photographer. She took up web development as a hobby and has now decided to make it a career.
Tressa helps us see things from a different point of view. She isn't bogged down by the technical jargon. She serves as a great advocate for our customer and is helpful in communicating ideas and issues in a non-technical manner.
Tressa spends her spare time raising Arabian horses. She still gets the camera out once in a while as well.
