For years, Walking Frog Records has been a leading producer and distributor of concert band and jazz performance CDs. Unfortunately, customers were frustrated with the ordering process and product updates were difficult and costly. ArrowQuick’s task was to completely replace the e-commerce system so that customers could order online and Walking Frog staff could easily update the website. Although the graphic design was unchanged, customers now have access to CD descriptions, track listings, sound samples, and a vastly improved search interface. Walking Frog staff uploads products from their internal database into the website, cutting product update time from days to minutes.

The Walking Frog website has received thousands of orders in just a few months. Walking Frog has continued making incremental changes to the website to improve usability for their customers, as well as reducing their order processing and customer service workloads.
