Today we are a small group of superheroes that desire to learn, has a belief that technology can be effectively used to enhance business and life, and a belief that teamwork brings about the best solutions to problems. We need a group of people who can think big ideas and use their special powers every day on a path toward a collective vision. We intend to set forth our own path and to carry out today what will become mainstream tomorrow.

• You can write really good, scalable code and lots of it. You are excited about developing in an agile environment.
• You enjoy learning new things. Today we are using tools that include HTML 5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. You are great using at least 1 of these but want to learn more.
• You are customer service oriented. You have dedication, create a good rapport with customers and build a professional relationships.
• You want to build secure and safe websites for people who want to pay for them. You like to connect directly with customers and build things they want.
• You can analyze clients problems or issues, refer to the appropriate resource material or consult other experts and provide the appropriate solution.
• You blog, tweet, use Facebook , read/post/comment, have the latest apps, try lots of software, search voraciously to discover the newest solutions and enjoy telling others about it.
• You like a small environment where your vision is important and like your voice being heard on large decisions.
